How do I reboot my Optimum Stream?

  1. From the Optimum TV menu, go to Settings
  2. Select Device & Remote Settings > Device Preferences
  3. Select Reboot (at the bottom)


How can I check my Internet connection?

  1. From the Optimum TV home menu, go to Settings
  2. Under Device & Remote Settings > Network & Internet, select WiFi
  3. Select your Optimum home WiFi network and follow the onscreen instructions
  4. Try using the Optimum Stream again
